Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of this website and your rental of equipment from Affordable Rentals Tampa Bay, LLC (“ARTB,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By browsing the site, placing a booking, or renting from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who We Are
Affordable Rentals Tampa Bay, LLC is a locally owned party and event rental company serving the Tampa Bay area. You can reach us any time at 813-360-0020 or info@affordablerentalstb.com.
2. Bookings Are Requests Until Confirmed
Submitting a booking on this site is a request to rent — it is not confirmed until we accept it and payment is processed. We may decline or cancel a booking if items are unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, or details cannot be verified. The signed rental agreement you receive at delivery governs the rental of the items themselves.
3. Pricing, Fees & Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Your total may include the rental charge, a delivery convenience fee that scales with distance, and applicable sales tax. As a security deposit, we keep your card on file and only charge it for damage, loss, or items not returned — nothing is held up front. Payments are processed securely through Square; we do not see or store your full card number. Charges shown at checkout are due as presented before or at delivery.
4. Delivery, Setup & Pickup
We deliver, set up, and pick up within our service area — a 40-mile radius around ZIP 33613 in Tampa. You agree to provide clear, safe access to the setup location and to have an adult (18+) present at delivery and pickup. Outside the service area, customer pickup may be available.
5. Your Responsibilities
From delivery until pickup you are responsible for the rented items. Use them only for their intended purpose, keep them clean and dry, supervise their use, and follow all safety, capacity, and setup instructions we provide. Do not move, modify, sublease, or attach anything to the equipment in a way that could cause damage.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. Any non-refundable reservation fee is applied toward your balance.
7. Damage, Loss & Liability
You agree to pay for damage beyond normal wear and for the full replacement cost of any item lost, stolen, or not returned. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARTB is not liable for any injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from the use or presence of the rented items, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the rental. The signed rental agreement contains the full liability and indemnification terms.
8. Website Content
The content on this site — text, images, logos, and branding — belongs to ARTB or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
