We use your information to confirm and schedule bookings, deliver and pick up rentals, process payments and deposits, send booking and delivery updates, respond to questions, request a review after your event, keep records, and meet legal or tax obligations.

We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — for example Square (payments), Microsoft Azure (secure hosting), and Google (so we can send you a review link after your event) — and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.
5. Text Messages & Email
By booking, you agree to receive booking-related messages (confirmations, delivery and pickup updates, and your signed agreement) by email and, where applicable, text. These are service messages tied to your rental, not marketing. You can ask us to stop non-essential messages at any time.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the site to function (such as keeping your session). We do not use intrusive advertising trackers.
7. Data Retention & Security
We keep booking records as long as needed for service, accounting, and legal purposes, then dispose of them securely. Information is stored with reputable, managed cloud providers using industry-standard protections, though no method of storage is 100% secure.
